Here's how you will achieve results that you are proud of and can sustain for the rest of your life.

Fuelling Nutrition

We will work closely with you to analyse your current dietary intake and make the changes necessary to help you reach your goals and fuel your body with the nutrients & fuel it needs to perform

Ignition Training

Depending on your goal, 1-1 personal training sessions and an individualised training plan will be created to allow you to maximise your gains in the gym and learn how to lift with confidence & strength.

Resilient Mindset

Our mindset coaching pillar is all about shifting that self-doubt mindset towards self-love. We cover everything from implementing consistent habits, learning how to deal with negative self-talk and overcoming gym anxiety.

Days 1-14

In your first 2 weeks on your coaching journey you can expect an intense process with lots of communication from my end to make sure we get to know eachother best as possible to help you achieve your goals. You will begin to feel less bloated, more energised & excited about the process.

Days 14-30

Weeks 2-4 is where you will start to notice a difference in how you feel about yourself and your body. Your confidence and strength will be on the rise and your confidence and scope in the kitchen will have increased off the back of Fuel Focused' nutritious recipes & meal prep guides.

Days 30-40

Week 4 -6 is where you will see the biggest changes in terms of your strength in the gym, fat loss or muscle definition, depending on your goal! By now you will be hitting PB's and in a consistent routine with going to the gym and fuelling your body to its maximum potential.

Days 60+

From week 12 onwards, its time for a Fuel Focused Total Transformation 2.0!

This is where we sit down and plan out the next plan of attack and decide what your next step is in terms of what goals you want to reach, whether that be training for a marathon or your next fitness event. At Fuel Focused the possibilities are endless and I want to be here to support you through them all.

Do I need to have been going to the gym previously before signing up?

No! Fuel Focused's programme is for females of a wide range of experience in the gym. If you've been lifting confidently for a few years now but still need that 1-1 support and an extra push to get you to where you want to be, or you've never stepped foot in a gym and are ready to take on this amazing journey with your health, we've got you covered!

How long is the programme?

All programmes with Fuel Focused consist of an initial 3 month minimum commitment period. This is because we are no quick fix around here - we want to work on building the fo
